Rabbit ala Robin

Our son had decided on and wanted to cook us rabbit for dinner for the past few weeks. And last night his wish came true, this after a raw rabbit had been purchased at the local supermarket.He had not done rabbit before and had his own idea as to how he would like to prepare the meal and he went about creating his own recipe.

Rabbit ala Robin Ingredients:

3 big cloves of garlic
A hand full of dried oregano
Fresh Rosemary
A small lump of room temperature butter small
And some melted Butter
Hand full of salt and pepper

Potato
Onion
Carrot
Mushroom
Salt and Pepper
Drizzle of oil and wine

Method

Chop garlic and rosemary. Add garlic, rosemary and oregano into a bowl with the melted butter and the room temperature butter.

Rub the mixture onto the body and then sprinkle the salt and pepper over the rabbit.

Add some wine when all the vegetables are also on the oven pan and sprinkle further salt and pepper on the veg.

Place in oven at 200 degrees C for about 2 hours and then put oven on maximum heat and grill for about 15 minutes.
