Top Welsh chef, Michelin starred Roger Jones from the celebrated Harrow at Little Bedwyn, will be joining fellow Michelin culinary magician Bryan Webb, to conjure up a special feast at Tyddyn Llan on July 21.
Tyddyn Llan, which is situated in an idyllic setting on the fringes of Snowdonia National Park, has been run by Bryan and his wife Susan for the last decade.
“Roger uses the finest ingredients and gives them a clever personal twist. I am sure it’s going to be an amazing evening for everyone. Roger is also a huge wine enthusiast and is excellent at food and wine pairing; the wines he has chosen for the menu will be the perfect match,” enthuses Bryan.
The menu includes delicious foie gras macaroon with salted caramel and cured salmon with wasabi curd; poached Pembroke lobster with carrot and cardamom tea, along with a quirky touch such as a boiled egg and soldiers as a pre-dessert treat.
Other choices include turbot, hen in the woods, and ox cheek, paired with a fine Western Australian Cruel Mistress Pinot Noir.
The menu, with all wines, costs £90
