Be spoilt for choices as Gallery Hotel celebrates a bountiful spread this year end with a stellar selection for Christmas and New Year’s for you and your family in mind. From traditional turkey to honey glazed bone-in ham, you will quickly realise that the main cast would be the fresh seafood spread that fills the international buffet line. There is something for everyone.
From Live Oysters, to Tiger Prawns and Alaskan Crab Claws to tantalising savouries like Ragout of Turkey Breast with Leek and Onion, Beef Brisket with Radish and Green Peas and our signature Prawn Noodles, Braised Soya Chicken with Yam Rice which are both local favourites, and mouth-watering desserts like Opera Cake with Blackcurrants, Blueberry Panna Cotta besides the crowd pleasing Chocolate Fondant and Christmas staples like Yule Log cakes, Christmas Stollen and cookies.
For those who prefer a healthier selection, you can head over to our salad bar and mix your choice of condiments and dressings from Balsamic Vinaigrette, Japanese Miso to Lemon Truffle Oil, or top it up with Duck Rillettes, Garlic Roasted Mushrooms, Russet Potato with Sour Cream and the likes……… your salad could end up as a piece of art!
We also have a good selection of wines to pair with your meal. Just speak to any of our friendly servers or sample our signature cocktails such as our classic <Zen Sling>, a mix of vodka, blue Curacao, fresh orange and cranberry juice or if you dare, go on and try the heady concoction known as <1 Nanson Road>, vodka, gin, rum, bols triple sec, fresh pineapple juice, bols grenadine and soda.
